When you create an app, we collect the website URL you provide, app name, package name, branding preferences (colors, icons, splash screens), feature selections, and ad network IDs you optionally provide.

2.3 Build Artifacts

We generate and temporarily store compiled application files (APK, AAB) on our build infrastructure. These are made available for download and may be stored for a limited period.

2.4 Payment Information

We do not directly process or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider that acts as our Merchant of Record. The payment provider processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of successful transactions, your email, and the plan purchased.

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, build history, browser type, device type, and IP address.

2.6 Uploaded Assets

Icons, splash screens, and other images you upload are stored on Cloudinary (a third-party image hosting service) and are associated with your account.

• Third-party payment providers — Payment processing as Merchant of Record. The payment provider is the legal seller of record for paid plan transactions.
• Our Build Pipeline — Cloud-based mobile app building and delivery infrastructure
• Cloudinary — Image asset storage (icons, splash screens)
• Google (Gemini AI) — Website analysis for auto-configuration
• Crisp — Live chat support
• Google AdMob — Ad serving in generated apps (when enabled by the user)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review them.

5. Payments & Merchant of Record

All paid plan purchases are processed through a third-party payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record. This means the payment provider is the legal seller for the transaction, handles payment processing, tax compliance, and chargebacks. We never see or store your full credit card number. 6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Build artifacts are retained for 30 days after creation. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
