Refund Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Overview
Free App Maker ("we", "us") provides a digital service — a website-to-app builder platform that generates mobile application files (APK, AAB). Because the Service delivers digital products that are generated and available for download immediately upon build completion, all sales are generally considered final.
However, we understand that issues can arise, and we want every customer to have a fair experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. The payment provider is the legal seller of record and handles payment processing, tax compliance, and chargeback disputes on our behalf.
When you see a charge on your statement, it may appear from our payment provider, not from Free App Maker directly.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Build failure due to our infrastructure — If our platform fails to deliver a working build due to a server-side error (not caused by invalid configuration on your part), and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate charge — If you were charged more than once for the same plan upgrade due to a technical error.
- Service not as described — If the paid plan features are materially different from what was advertised at the time of purchase.
- Accidental purchase — If you purchased the wrong plan and contact us within 24 hours without having used the paid features (no AAB builds triggered).
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- You successfully generated and downloaded a build (the service was delivered)
- Your app was rejected by Google Play or Apple App Store (store acceptance is outside our control)
- You changed your mind after using the paid features
- Build failures caused by invalid website URLs, misconfigured settings, or websites that block webview access
- Failure to publish your app due to your own developer account issues
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at the address below with:
- Your account email address
- The app name and plan you purchased
- The date of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension. Our payment provider, as the Merchant of Record, handles all chargeback disputes.
8. Free Plan
The free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund for free plan usage. If you are experiencing issues with the free plan, contact support and we will do our best to help.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
